Meet Freddy 😻 This handsome boy is looking for an experienced and understanding home where his boundaries and body language will be respected. He is a feline after all, and EVERYTHING is on his terms. Freddy can be a bit particular about how he interacts with people. He may hiss or growl occasionally, especially if he feels unsure or uncomfortable and he is not a fan of being formally handled. These are Freddy’s ways of communicating that he needs a little space. He will benefit from being adopted by someone who is confident in responding to feline body language.

That being said, there is a softer side to our beautiful Freddy! He does enjoy affection, but on his own terms. You will need to be led by him and once he feels comfortable, he will let you into his little world.

He isn’t looking for someone who expects a cat to always be cuddly or easy to handle. He needs someone who will love him for who he is, give him time, and let a relationship develop at his pace.
