Garibaldi is a truly special boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is a lovely, affectionate cat who enjoys human company and is not shy about making you smile. Whether he is following you around seeking attention or settling in his beloved bed for a cosy cuddle, Garibaldi brings the best out in everyone ❤

This wonderful chap had developed some urinary issues in his previous home but since coming into care, he has not displayed any signs of urinary stress related problems. He previously had sensitive skin also, but this has all cleared up now with the right care and treatment. Although he is a confident cat, he may get a flare up of sensitive skin or display stress related urinary issues whilst settling into a new home. So he will need someone who has no expectations of him and understands that these issues can happen in the early stages of any new cat settling into their furever home. With the right care and management, these can be avoided or treated if necessary. He will also need monthly oral flea treatments (no spot on treatments for his sensitive skin please).

That said, Garibaldi will need an understanding owner who has been owned by a cat as an adult before. Someone who can continue to be mindful of his past and offer him a quiet, calm and stable haven to rule the roost in. His new pawrents will need to gradually introduce him into the home once he is ready, too much too soon may bring on a flare up. In return, you’ll gain a wonderfully loving, entertaining family member who will very quickly become the heart of your home.
