Let me slowly introduce myself, my name is Granby. I am a bit shy at the moment so please bare with me but once comfortable, I am a sweet little soul who just wants to be loved in my own quiet way. I have found coming into the cattery a little bit scary so am finding lots of comfort from inside my cosy igloo bed.  I am making some brave steps every day by letting the kind humans give my head a little stroke. I try and purr quietly so they don’t know that I am enjoying it. I do not mind being picked up and when I feel safe, I will show you my soft side. I may not be a lap cat straight away but give me some time and I may be curled up beside you when I am ready.

I had previously been straying with no fixed abode, so a home to call my own would be amazing. Due to my nervous nature, I would prefer a calm home without any other cats or dogs as this would be too much for me. I am looking for someone who has owned cats before, someone who will understand that I may take a little longer to settle into a new environment and give me the time and space that I need.

If you are looking for a gentle soul who just needs a loving hand, I may be the one for you. Can we please start this journey together?

“A rehomed cat is a testament to the power of compassion and love.”
