Lets take a deep breath together and I will introduce myself. It is safe to say that I am a little overwhelmed right now as there has been a lot of change in my life. I had come from a very busy household with my new born babies in tow to a new environment with people I didn’t know. We have been very well looked after and now that my kittens are big enough to start their own new adventure, I want to be brave like them and start my own. I am still adjusting to all this change so I am a little nervous! I like to observe my surroundings from a safe, covered bed for the time being and the kind staff here are letting me do things on my own terms. Because of this I am slowly starting to show off my true personality which is a sweet and affectionate lady. The name Lydia means beautiful and noble, the staff here say it suits me very well. I am looking for a quiet home that I can start establishing as a safe space. Lots of people and animals would be too overwhelming for me. I would also like to live in a quiet area with no busy roads as they would be too dangerous for a cat like me who has never been outside before. If you are happy to give a sweet girl time and space, with no expectations of when I should be settled, then you could be the one to help me flourish. There is nothing more rewarding then giving a nervous cat the chance to have a loving home and the bond we could build together would be truly special.
Rescue is not what the cat will do for you but what you can do for the cat.
