Let me take a little breather and tell you a little bit about myself. I am a little scared right now and will hiss at you to back off. Then I will try and confuse you (typical cat) and approach you for some fuss. I am just a little overwhelmed at the moment and have been through a traumatising time of warning my previous owner that there was a house fire. It was very scary but my warning calls seemed to do the trick. Due to their health, they felt it was best I came to Gables and started a new chapter of my own.

I really like my treats, so this will be the way to my heart. I am not particularity a lap cat, I think I got on my previous owner’s lap once then decided it wasn’t in my destiny to be the Queen of laps 😹 I can get a little nervous and will swipe at you to get away, but everything is on my terms. If I want fuss, I decide. If I think you got a little too close, I will try and give you a nibble.

Deep down I am just a little scared and perhaps quirky little lady. I am inquisitive and like to play once I feel comfortable with you, this is when my cute kitten side comes out. I am looking for owners that have had the pleasure of being owned by cats before, so they understand my behaviour, if you have had a spicy cat before, even better!

Cats will be cats and just like humans, we all have our own likes, dislikes and personalities. Please adopt me for my flaws, not my beautiful paws.
