With his beautiful eyes, kind nature, glorious mane of fur, Taffy is a special boy who has been used to a very loving home. Due to no fault of his own, he is looking to find another quiet, adoring home where he can feel at peace and learn to trust his new humans. Taffy is as gentle as they come, a sweet natured companion who enjoys calm company and a gentle hand. He is not a cat who demands attention, but rather one who quietly melts your heart with his sweet spirit. Spend a little time with him and you will soon discover what a loving soul he is.

Taffy has told us that life as an indoor cat isn’t for him. Being kept inside previously made him anxious and feel stressed, he found it difficult to relax which led to a few waterwork accidents in the previous home. For Taffy to truly thrive, he will need outdoor access in a peaceful location where he can explore, stretch his legs and enjoy the fresh air.

This gorgeous boy wears a magnificent lion’s mane of fur and he will need gentle daily brushing to keep him looking and feeling his best. Luckily, brushing time is something he quite enjoys, he will walk off and pretend he doesn’t like it, but will soon be back and push into the brush for more. Grooming is a lovely way to bond and share quiet moments together as well as to help prevent matts forming. Taffy is looking for a calm, understanding home, ideally with patient owners who can offer him the serenity he deserves. He can be a little shy until he gets to know you, but it will be worth the wait and patience for this handsome man.
