Hello! I’m Oggy Oggy… yes, just like the pasty shop! 🥟🐾
I might share my name with a famous Cornish pasty shop, but I think you’ll agree I’m every bit as warm and comforting… just with a lot more legs!
I’m a happy, affectionate boy who loves spending time with my people. If you’re giving me a fuss, don’t be surprised if I gently ask for a little more when you stop. I think there’s no such thing as too many cuddles!
I’m quite confident in my kennel where everything feels familiar, but new places can make me a little unsure at first. Give me a moment to take everything in and I’ll soon find my feet. After all, even the best recipes need a little time to come together.
I enjoy gentle games with toys, I’m brilliant when it comes to sharing my food and treats, and I’m very good for all my handling and grooming. The humans say I’m an absolute gentleman, and I’m rather proud of that.
I’ve never lived in a home before, so there are still lots of things for me to learn. Things like sofas, hoovers and house rules are all brand-new to me, so I’m looking for a patient family who’ll help me discover that home life is every bit as wonderful as everyone says.
I love going for walks and usually stroll along very nicely. If I spot a small furry creature, though… well… let’s just say my inner Greyhound takes over! I’ll always need to stay on my lead and wear my muzzle when we’re out and about to keep everyone safe.
I enjoy the company of other dogs too, and I’m always happy to make new friends. Humans are pretty wonderful as well, if you’ve got kind hands and a gentle voice, we’ll get along just fine.
Whether you’re welcoming your very first Greyhound or you’ve loved the breed for years, I hope I’ll be the perfect filling for the Oggy Oggy in your life.
Now all that’s missing from my recipe is one very important ingredient… a forever family.
Could that be you? ❤️
