Hello, I’m Warrens… and yes, I do happen to share my name with a rather famous bakery! 🥐🐾

Now, I can’t make you a pasty, but I can guarantee I’ll keep life full of flavour.
I’m a big-hearted, bouncy boy who believes every day should be greeted with enthusiasm. Whether it’s saying hello to new people, heading out for a walk or spotting a squeaky toy, I throw myself into life with the same excitement a customer has when the “freshly baked” sign goes up!

People are definitely my favourite. I love a fuss and, if you stop before I’m ready, I might politely ask for another helping. The humans here say I’m full of character, and I think that’s a pretty good description.
Speaking of favourite things… toys! Soft, squeaky toys are my speciality. I’ll happily carry them off to my bed like they’re the day’s best bakery purchase. I do get a little overexcited sometimes and might snatch one out of your hand, but I’m just eager to get the fun started

I’ve got lovely manners when it comes to being handled, I enjoy a good brush and I’m happy to share my dinner. I can be a little reluctant to share my most delicious treats though, so I’ll need someone who understands that some snacks are simply too good to give up without a second thought!
I’ll let you into another little secret… I’m a bit of an opportunist. If you’ve left something tasty, interesting or remotely stealable on the kitchen counter, I’ll probably assume it was baked especially for me! A tidy kitchen and a sense of humour will go a long way.

The hardest part of my day is saying goodbye. I really love being with my people and I can find it difficult when they leave. I’ll need a family who can spend plenty of time with me to begin with and help me learn that being alone isn’t so scary.
Like all ex-racing Greyhounds, home life will be completely new to me. There’ll be lots of firsts, but I’m clever, eager and ready to learn with the right people beside me. As I’m a super bouncy boy with legs like springs, my new home will need a secure garden with 6 foot high fences to keep me inside.

If you’ve had energetic dogs before and you’re ready to invite another whirlwind into your home then I could be just the ticket. Who knows… I might just be the missing ingredient your family has been searching for.

After all, every good bakery has its star bake… and I think I could be yours. ❤️
