Yes – I like other dogs so would be happy to live with another playful tolerant dog and make friends.

Yes - I have lived with cats in my previous home so it is likely I will be able to live with cats in my new home.

Can I live with Children?

Yes - I am suitable to live with a family with young children (8+) who are comfortable around bouncy dogs.

Hi, I’m Winona 💫

I’m a happy, lively little whirlwind who absolutely loves meeting new people and being right in the middle of whatever is going on. Life is very exciting to me and I greet the world with bouncy enthusiasm, sometimes quite literally because I can jump surprisingly high when I’m excited to say hello! I adore interaction and affection, but when I get very excited I can be a bit mouthy in a playful puppy way, so I’ll need a family who can help me learn calmer ways to show my joy.

I enjoy being picked up and cuddled and I’m very good for handling, which makes things like vet visits nice and easy. Grooming is a bit of a game to me though, I tend to want to play with the brush instead of standing still, so I’ll need some gentle guidance to learn that grooming time is for relaxing.

Toys are great fun and I love to play, usually quite gently, although I can get a little enthusiastic and might accidentally catch your fingers when grabbing a toy. I absolutely love my food and treats, but I can feel worried if someone tries to take them away from me, so I’ll need a family who understand how to manage my meals calmly and give me space while I eat.

I already know how to sit and lie down and I’m keen to learn more, especially when snacks are involved. I walk nicely on the lead most of the time, although I do like to stop and take in the world around me because there’s always something interesting to see. I’m an energetic girl who will need around two hours of activity each day to keep my body and brain happy.

When I meet other dogs on lead I’m usually calm and friendly, but when I’m off lead I turn into a very boisterous playmate who loves rough and tumble fun. Because of this, any dog friend in my new home will need to be confident, playful, and happy with energetic games. I’ve lived with cats before too, so with the right introductions I may be able to live with them again.

I’m looking for an active family who are ready for a fun, engaging young dog and who can continue my training so I can grow into my best self. My new pawrents will need to have had lively dogs before and any children in the home must be comfortable with bouncy dogs. You’ll need a nice secure garden with 5ft high fencing where I can safely play off lead. If you’re ready for a lively little character who will keep you smiling, I might just be your perfect match. 🐾
